Sogno features the best mix and combination between our chefs mom (Nancy), who is in the kitchen creating old fashioned Italian dishes. She is third generation chef. Our executive chef and co-owner Alfonso Longobardi and sous chef Wilfred Vazquez, also provide the perfect touch of modern cuisine wrapped around with traditional techniques creating Italian cuisine beyond corporate standards. Your plate will satisfy you as a home cooked meal should, with love, passion, and pride behind every dish they create for you.
